Data logger for large amounts of sensors

TR has released a data logger suitable for applications which require a large amount of sensors.

The DT85 features dual-channel technology which can connect up to 32 isolated or 48 common referenced analogue inputs. It also has eight universal digital input/outputs.

The company says the unit can be connected to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) through serial RS232, 422 and 485 interfaces.

According to the manufacturer, the device is suitable for machine condition and vibration monitoring as well as stress measurement. It can store up to five million data points.
