Renishaw to exhibit its motion control products at ATX 2010

Renishaw says it will be exhibiting its range of motion control products at the 2010 Automation Technology Expo West (ATX) from 9 to 11 February, US.

According to Renishaw, its products on display include a true absolute optical encoder for rotary and linear applications, a unique track-mounted linear encoder scale system, and magnetic encoder chip.

The ATX exhibition is said to be described by its organisers as ‘Manufacturing’s Marketplace for Automation and Assembly’, as it includes robotics, control software, motors, drives and motion control systems.

The company says its FASTRACK track-mounted linear encoder scale system on display at ATX 2010 is designed for applications which demand high accuracy and easily removable scale.

Renishaw Oceania is its Australian branch in Victoria, and Warsash Scientific is an Australian supplier of Renishaw spectroscopy products.
