AMS INSTRUMENTATION has released the NOSHOK 3540 Series Tension and Compression Force Transducer, which is suitable for a variety of applications in harsh environments.
According to AMS Instrumentation, the 3540 Series Transducers are available in a multitude of sizes and shapes to fit almost any application, including cable or rod tension, weight measurement, overload protection, clamping force and fill level measurement.
The 3540 Series Transducers provide measuring ranges from zero to five kilonewtons through to zero to 5000kN. It is accurate to two per cent of full scale readings.
AMS Instrumentation says the 3540 Series Transducers feature a 316 stainless steel construction, which provides corrosion-resistance and durability in harsh environments.
