BESTECH Australia is distributing the new LABTHINK RTD-R2 gradation heat sealing instrument, which can measure five seal parameters at once.
The RTD-R2 can measure heat seal temperature, speed and pressure for plastic films as well as laminates for flexible packages and coating paper.
According to Bestech, different melting points, heat stability, viscosity and thickness of heat seal materials will change the heat seal properties and alter the optimum sealing parameters.
Bestech says the engineers can use the RTD-R2 to obtain the heat seal parameters accurately with a minimum of effort.
