WARSASH Scientific is supplying the MDJ10 joulemeter from Spectrum Detector, designed to measure the pulse energy of lasers.
The MDJ10 joulemeter can obtain a pulse energy measurement from a single laser at ten places or from ten lasers synchronised to one trigger.
According to Warsash Scientific, the MDJ10 joulemeter was originally designed to measure the spatial distribution of a single high energy pulsed laser, but it can also be used as a ten-channel pulse laser test set for ‘burn-in’ and ‘life test.’
The MDJ10 joulemeter can be adapted to take probes of any size from Silicon, InGaAs or Pyroelectric detectors.
The MDJ10 joulemeter also features ten detector channels, a smart interface box with an EPROM for individual probe calibration data, fixed range amplifiers and a microprocessor.
