BESTECH Australia is distributing two universal isolation transducers from Japanese company Asahi Keiki.
The TH-2M and TH-5M measure and convert input voltages and currents to the required output level.
The input and output levels can be selected with a series of dip switches on the side of the unit. The company says this makes it applicable in many different circuits.
The TH-5M operates on a 24V DC power supply and has a selectable input range between zero and five volts and zero and 20mA. The input, output and power ports are all isolated to avoid accidents and errors.
The TH-2M operates on a 100 to 240V AC power supply and features a 50 millisecond response time as well as accuracy of 0.1% and a load resistance variation of 0.06%.
The units can operate in ambient temperatures between minus five and 50 degrees Celsius.
