WESTEK Electronics has released the Taoma universal electro-magnetic field analyser, designed to measure magnetic and electric fields in a frequency range between five hertz and six gigahertz.
The Taoma field analyser comes with interchangeable probes that take either isotropic or single-axis measurements. The analysers can take measurements over bandwidths as determined by user-configurable band-pass, selective and notch filters.
According to Westek Electronics, the Taoma electro-magnetic field analyser also has temperature and humidity sensors and a GPS module to provide the exact physical location of the measurements.
The Taoma electro-magnetic field analyser is available with an optional GPRS module permitting remote data transmission as well as electrical or optical RS-232, USB, Ethernet and SD card ports.
Westek Electronics says the Taoma electro-magnetic field analyser has a data memory of 512MB, allowing on-board storage of up to 250 hours of results.
